Cancellation Policy
By booking services, you agree to the following: • All services are by appointment only • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee • Mobile notary travel fees are separate and non-refundable once en route • Texas notary fees are state-regulated and charged per signature • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for notarizations • We do not provide legal advice or prepare documents • Payment is due at the time of service • Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, printing, scanning, or extended wait time
